Q. Do you provide other design services besides websites?

Q. Does Kings Highway provide hosting along with web design?

A. Yes, we do provide hosting for websites that we build. This is a part of our monthly maintenance plan. We do not host websites that we do not design.
 

Q. Does Kings Highway use templates?

A. No, we never use templates in our website designs. All of our designs are custom made.
 

Q. What type of control do clients have over their sites after it is designed and taken live?

A. Clients have the ability to edit and manage pages, upload pictures, and publish updates through our content management system. Design-level changes are made by the Kings Highway staff.
 

Q. How long does it take from payment to completed website?

A. It typically takes about 20 days from payment of web design package to having the website designed and taken live.
 

Q. Are there any costs beyond the cost for web design?

A. Yes. The Monthly Maintenance Fee, which is $15/month or $150/year (if paid up front), pays for hosting, domain name(s) and management a client website.
